Before you buy
This is where we are useful. Which deck suits a rider who is nine and tall for it, whether a harnessed seat will still fit next summer, what the difference is between the maple disc and the molded saucer, whether a strap will go around a branch of a given thickness. Ask us any of that.
After you buy
Most of what happens after checkout belongs to our retail partner, because they hold the order and we do not. Delivery dates, tracking, returns and anything about payment are theirs. We have no view into your account and no way to look anything up.
What we can actually help with
- Which of our listings is the one you are looking at, and how it differs from the ones beside it
- What a swing is cut from, what it is rated to and how wide the seat is
- Whether a part in the box is missing something the specification promised
- A fault in something we made, which we would rather hear about than not
- Press, retail and anything to do with the brand itself
When we reply
On working days, usually within two of them. We are a small operation and there is no queue system behind the address, just people reading mail between other work.
The address
The email is at the bottom of every page on this site, including this one. One address, read by us.
Where the desk sits
Letters reach us at 4500 Faber Place Drive, Suite 210, North Charleston, SC 29405. It is a desk in an office building, not a store: there is no counter, nothing hangs there to try, and a parcel sent to it will not reach an order. Anything about a box on its way belongs with our retail partner.
Back to the swings
The catalog splits 5 ways by how the rider meets the swing, and the fit finder walks you through it in three questions.
