Swurfer Find my swing

Questions we get

Ordering, payment, delivery and the swings themselves.

Can I buy directly from this site?

No. There is no cart here and no checkout. Every buy button sends you to the listing at our retail partner, and the whole transaction happens on their side.

Who takes my payment?

Our retail partner. We never see a card number, an address or an order. See our privacy note for what that means in practice.

Are the prices here current?

They are the last figures our partner reported. They set prices and change them without telling us, so read what you see here as recent rather than binding. The listing at checkout is the real number.

Why do you lead with pounds instead of ages?

Because a weight limit is a fact about the swing and an age is a guess about the rider. 21 of our 23 listings state a limit in pounds and only 16 state a minimum age. We wrote a whole note about it.

What is the heaviest thing you make?

The top rating anywhere in the range is 300 pounds, and it belongs to a piece of hanging gear rather than a seat. If you are asking what a rider can weigh, the stand-up decks are rated to 200 pounds.

I have no tree. Can I still hang one?

Yes. 2 of our items are brackets that mount a swing onto a swingset frame that is already standing, and straps will go around a porch beam or a trunk. The note on branchless yards covers all three routes.

Are your decks all wood?

No. 2 of the stand-up decks are cut from maple. One of the others is molded plastic and one is pressed bamboo, which is a limited run rather than the standard board.

Can you tell me where my parcel is?

No, and we would only be guessing if we tried. Tracking lives on the order in your partner account. What we can do is tell you exactly what was supposed to be in the box.

The catalog splits 5 ways by how the rider meets the swing, and the fit finder walks you through it in three questions.
