Why we make it this way

Two riders sit back to back on maple wood seats and pump their feet in rhythm to get the swing moving. We build this dual glider for backyard playsets and swing sets. The green and brown plastic frame holds up to the weather through long seasons outdoors.

• Back to Back SeatsTwo children sit facing opposite directions with their own handles and molded footrests. Pumping arms and legs together drives the tandem gliding motion across the yard.
• Maple Wood SeatingWe cut the two rider seats from maple wood and mount them inside the molded plastic frame. The materials stand up to sun and rain through years of backyard play.
• Weight and SizingThe assembled glider measures 70.8 inches deep by 14.9 inches wide and 35.4 inches high. The frame supports riders ages 3 and up with a combined capacity of 150 pounds.
• Hanging on PlaysetsThe dual frame mounts directly to standard wooden swing sets and playset beams. It replaces a single swing position to give two kids a spot to ride together.
