Why we make it this way

We shape the shell to match the natural curve of a small child, then line the inside with soft foam. An adjustable fabric three-point harness buckles across the front, and smooth braided rope hangs from a porch beam, a swing set or a tree branch. It is made for backyard afternoons with little riders.

  • Foam Lined ShellWe mold the green plastic seat to fit the curve of an infant or toddler, then add a soft foam lining inside the bucket. The shell measures 17 inches deep by 21 inches wide.
  • Three Point Fabric HarnessThe adjustable fabric harness buckles across the front to secure small riders in the seat. The woven webbing stays soft against skin instead of pressing rigid plastic against the chest.
  • Soft Braided RopeWe hang the seat with smooth braided rope that is soft on little hands. It attaches with the included S-hook hardware for hanging from a sturdy tree branch or porch beam.
  • Toddler Weight RatingBuilt for riders from 9 months and up, this single seat holds up to 50 pounds. It works on a swing set frame, under a tree in the yard, or inside the house.
